Tommi Parzinger

Biography

Posters, porcelain, wallpaper, interior decoration. Born 1903. Studied at Munich Kunstgewerbeschule: a teacher was Richard Riemerschmid. By 1925: member of Die Sechs (The Six), a group of Munich poster artists. He later designed for the Berlin Porcelain Works, as well as designing furniture, shopfronts, posters and interiors. 1935: emigrated to USA and had a successful career as a silversmith and industrial designer. Died 1972.
