Biography
Publicity, illustrations. Born 22 March 1909 in Berlin. Three years training as lithographic printer. Studied at the Kunstgewerbeschule and the Hochschule für Bildende Kunst, Berlin. His teacher had been Koch-Gotha. Studio director at Reemtsma Cigarette Co. From 1950: freelance. His clients included Daimler-Benz, VW, Shell, Axel Springer Verlag, and he had been creative director at the agencies H.K. McCann and Hermann Werbe.
