Biography

Posters. Born 1879. Apprenticed as a lithographic printer. From 1903: member of the Social Democratic Party, later the Spartakusbunde, and the German Communist Party. Drew numerous political drawings and designed political posters. Died 10 October 1954 in Berlin.
